The CFM4137 device family provides an integrated motor drive solution for industrial instrumentation, consumer products, toys, and other battery-powered motion control applications. This device is capable of driving a DC motor or other device. The output driver module consists of an N-channel power MOSFET configured as an H-bridge to drive the motor winding.
An internal charge pump is used to generate the required grid drive voltage. Internal shut-off functions for overcurrent protection, short circuit protection, undervoltage locking and overheat protection are also provided.
